Reviewing Bradford Queen as a professional real estate agent is a privilege. We closed on our properties (as Buyer and Seller) about 9 weeks ago after a whirlwind process. By accident, my husband and I found a house that intrigued us to contact Bradford to find out more information. He understood everything about our intentions regarding buying this home, and never pushed us in any direction. Rather, he came up with a plan that allowed us to market and sell our previous home --only--if we were able to acquire the new home. It was ingenious, a contingency that allowed us as sellers to withdraw from the sale of our current home if we were unable to purchase a particular listing. Bradford was ready in every step ahead of us, hiring a professional photographer, scheduling an Open House, navigating the showings, anticipating any obstacles, all within the first few days. Within a week, we had gone from deciding to sell to SOLD, and above asking price! Bradford is 1000% responsible for that. The buying process was a little more complicated with the property being an estate sale and also under contract already (with a contingency clause). Bradford navigated our purchase of the new home with the other listing agent with ease and professionalism. During the inspection period, he listened to our concerns and even brought in other independent professionals to inspect any issues and answer any questions we had. In coordinating our closings, he anticipated that we might need to alter our move in date, and he reserved a date with his moving contacts in case our scheduled movers could not change the date. This is the "client first", service-minded professional that one gets with Bradford Queen as his agent. On top of all that, Bradford is a top notch, fine gentleman. He is a hard worker, a family man.
